Thank you for visiting and shopping at Autopilot India. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier operational issues or weather conditions.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will generally be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Autopilot India is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

(Note: For domestic Indian shipments, GST is included in the product price, so this section primarily applies if you ship internationally).

5. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately.

• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

• Take photos of the damaged box and product.

• Do not install or use the product if it arrived damaged.

6. Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or building management. If the package is still missing, please contact us at sales@autopilotindia.com within 48 hours of the marked delivery time.
