What does Autopilot India sell?
Autopilot India offers curated automotive accessories and home improvement products selected from trusted suppliers. All products listed on the website are shipped from our partner warehouses within India.
How do I place an order?
Browse products, choose the desired variant, and click “Add to Cart,” then proceed to checkout to enter your shipping details and complete payment. You will receive an order confirmation email and SMS once the order is successfully placed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major UPI apps, credit/debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets through secure payment gateways. Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available on select pin codes and products, subject to additional verification or fees.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 working hours after confirmation. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location within India.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping is either free or calculated at checkout based on your order value, weight, and delivery pin code. Any applicable shipping fee will be clearly shown before you complete payment.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can click the link to see real-time updates from the courier partner.
What is your return and refund policy?
You can request a return within the defined return window mentioned on the product page if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Refunds are processed to your original payment method after quality inspection of the returned product.
How do I request a return or replacement?
Email sale.autopilotindia@gmail.com with your order ID, issue description, and clear photos of the product and packaging. Our team will review and guide you through the pickup or return instructions.
What if my product arrives damaged or with missing parts?
If you receive a damaged product, wrong item, or missing components, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and unboxing proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can usually be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting us quickly via email or phone. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible and you may need to follow the return process.
Do you offer warranty on products?
Warranty availability and duration depend on the product and manufacturer. Warranty details, if applicable, are mentioned on the product page or in the product manual in the box.
Do you ship outside India?
At present, Autopilot India only ships within India. International shipping is not supported.
