Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Autopilot India, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to cancel an order or request a refund, please review the policy guidelines below.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched without any penalty.

  • How to Cancel: Please submit cancellation requests via email or through your account dashboard. Include your Order Number for faster processing.

  • Processing: Cancellation requests are typically processed within 1 business day. You will receive an email confirmation once the cancellation is approved.

  • Exceptions: Orders for same-day delivery or limited-time promotional offers cannot be canceled once confirmed.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Undelivered Orders: Full refund if the order fails to arrive.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photos or videos of the unboxing/damage.

  • Wrong Product Received: If you receive an item different from what you ordered.

  • Standard Returns: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in brand-new condition, and in its original packaging.

Note: Refunds exclude original shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been installed, mounted, or used (e.g., mounted CarPlay units).

  • Accessories with opened packaging or missing original seals.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or incorrect installation.

  • Digital goods, software downloads, or gift cards.

  • Buyer remorse returns initiated after the eligible return window.

4. Refund Process

  1. Request: Contact our support team with your order details, reason for return, and necessary evidence (photos/videos).

  2. Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  3. Payment: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

    • Online Payments: Credited back to the original method of payment.

    • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer (you will need to provide your bank details).
