Warranty Terms and Conditions
Warranty Policy (6 Months Limited Warranty)
1. Coverage Period
This product is covered under a limited warranty for a period of 6 months from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.
The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
2. What is Covered?
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Screen/Display failure (touch issues, dead pixels, no display).
Internal motherboard or chipset failure.
Connectivity failure (Wi-Fi/Bluetooth module not working).
Power issues (device not turning on despite correct wiring).
3. What is NOT Covered? (Exclusions)
The warranty will be VOID if the damage is caused by:
Physical Damage: Cracks, dents, broken screens, or damage from drops/accidents.
Improper Installation: Damage caused by incorrect wiring, short circuits, or connecting to incompatible voltage (e.g., connecting directly to AC power or >36V without the provided adapter).
High-Pressure Water Damage: While the unit is IP-rated (waterproof), damage caused by direct high-pressure washing (pressure washer jets) is not covered.
Tampering: Opening the device screw seals or attempting self-repair.
Burn/Fire Damage: Damage due to external fire, lightning, or vehicle electrical faults.
4. Claim Process
If you face an issue, please follow these steps:
Contact Support: Email us at [sales@autopilotindia.com] or WhatsApp [+91-9188664823] with your Order ID and a Video showing the issue.
Troubleshooting: Our technical team will guide you through basic troubleshooting.
Return for Inspection: If the issue persists, you will need to ship the unit to our service center in [Your City]. (Customer bears one-way shipping cost; we cover the return shipping if the defect is valid).
Repair/Replacement: If a manufacturing defect is found, we will repair or replace the unit free of charge. If the damage is found to be accidental/physical, we will offer a paid repair quote.
5. Limitation of Liability
Autopilot India is not responsible for any damage to the customer’s vehicle or third-party accessories caused during installation.
The maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
